Terms of Service

These terms cover use of ulysses-jewelers.com, accounts, and purchases from Ulysses Jewelers in Altavista, Virginia. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them. We may update this page; the date at the top of a new version will be the one that applies.

The house

The house is online only. There is no walk-in counter. Virtual meetings are for special orders — the piece that is not listed yet. Catalog pieces are bought through the bag and Stripe checkout.

Orders and gold

Prices are in US dollars. Listings name karat, metal, and, where we have it, grams. Photographs show the piece; small differences in finish and weight are part of working gold. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, mis-sized, or impossible to fill, and refund through Stripe.

Accounts and law

You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Do not use the site to harm it or other people. Virginia law governs these terms. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest still holds.
