Authenticity Guarantee and Gold Care

Every piece we sell is stamped 10K or 14K gold. That is the karat. We do not sell gold-filled, plated, or costume metal as gold. If a listing says lab diamond or cubic zirconia, that stone is named on the page.

The stamp

Look for the stamp inside a ring, on a clasp, or on a tag. 10K and 14K are different alloys — 14K is richer in gold. Many pieces are offered in both. The listing and the Stripe receipt name the karat you paid for.

How to keep it

Take gold off for pools, bleach, and the gym. Store pieces so they do not rub. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Hollow chains and pavé do not belong in an ultrasonic unless we say so. If a clasp feels tired, stop wearing it and write us before it is lost.
