Shipping and Security

We ship insured USPS in the United States — always free. No store pickup. International orders are not offered on the site. Checkout is Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see the card number.

Where we ship

USPS shipping is always free. We confirm sizing and stock, then pack the piece and send it with tracking. Higher-value orders may require a signature. Leave a safe place, or have it held. Once the carrier marks it delivered with a signature, the risk has moved. We do not offer pickup.

When it leaves

In-stock catalog pieces usually leave a few business days after we confirm size. Special orders follow the time we quote on the virtual meeting. You will get tracking by email.

The payment

Stripe holds the charge. If a payment fails, the piece is not reserved. Questions about a charge or a shipment go to support@ulysses-jewelers.com.
